S T E P S

TO REACHING FULL MATURITY IN CHRIST

“Until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ”.
~ Ephesians 4:11

As a result of the Revival and for the beginning of a new church year, we pray that every member of Westwood is inspired to make greater spiritual and financial commitments to the Lord.  Therefore, we urge you to commit to the following:

STUDYING  –  Attend Sunday School and Bible Study weekly.  Participate at least monthly in a house meeting study group.

TITHING  – Be faithful in giving your tithes and offerings.  Increase your total giving by $10.00 weekly.

EVANGELIZING – INREACH – Lead an inactive member to become actively involved in a church ministry.  OUTREACH – Lead an unsaved or unchurched individual into a new relationship or  fellowship in Christ.

PRAYING – Pray that the Holy Spirit will guide, direct, strengthen and empower our marriages, our homes and our families.  Pray that each member will actively participate in at least one ministry of the church.  Pray that each church ministry will undergo a thorough re-evaluation and will initiate projects that impact our community, city and world.

SERVING –   Use your spiritual gifts, talents and abilities for the glorification of God and the edification of others. Be active in at least one ministry of the church.
