WELCOME
On behalf of myself, the Assistant Pastors, our Pastors' Wives, Deacons, Associate Ministers, and members of this great fellowship of believers, I welcome you to our space on the world wide web! We believe that your visit to us is not by chance, but rather you were guided here by the Holy Spirit to get a glimpse into the ministry of our congregation.
We are excited to present to you our congregation. For over 87 years Westwood has stood with a simple message - "if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature..." To this day that message has not changed. In the current movement of our congregation, as we begin our new church year with a new emphasis - 125 new members, 125 pray-ers, and 125 tithers - it is our desire to stand in these uncertain times with a timeless message of hope, encouragement, and love.
Make sure to check out many of the features of this web site experience - we've added Podcasting to our vocabulary of services and we're constantly adding things that will encourage you in your walk with the Lord. If you are in our area, please consider this your personal invitation to worship with us.
Sure of Eternal Life,
Barton Elliott Harris, Senior Pastor
